Running a small business shouldn’t mean running ten apps
Most owners we talk to say the same thing: the work itself is the easy part. Everything around it is what wears them down.
Ten logins before lunch
One app for invoices, one for the calendar, one for email, one for posts, one for the books, and none of them talk to each other.
Evenings lost to paperwork
The work you love happens in the day. The invoicing, follow-ups, receipts and posting happen at the kitchen table at night.
Money waiting on a reminder
Invoices go out late, follow-ups don’t go out at all, and cash sits in other people’s accounts.
Marketing that never gets done
You know you should post, answer reviews and stay in touch. There just isn’t anyone to do it.
Why we built BlissPoint
Every tool a business needs, in one place, working together
Big companies have a finance team, a marketing team and an office manager. Small business owners have themselves, a phone and a stack of subscriptions that don’t talk to each other.
We built BlissPoint Access to close that gap: the tools a growing business relies on, built to the standard of the best single-purpose apps, sharing one set of clients, one calendar, one set of books and one brand.
Then we gave it an employee. Aiva knows your whole business, works across every tool, and takes the routine work off your plate, so your time goes to your customers and your growth.

A day with BlissPoint
Here’s what your day looks like when the busywork runs itself
Every screen below is the real product. You stay in charge of what goes out; Aiva does the legwork.
7:45 am
Your inbox is already sorted
Aiva archived the noise, flagged the three emails that need you and drafted the replies. You read, tweak one word, and approve.
9:30 am
A new client books themselves in
They picked a time on your booking page, got a confirmation and a reminder, and the meeting landed on your calendar with a video link.
1:15 pm
The job is done. So is the invoice.
Your logo, your terms, a Pay button for card or bank. Aiva sends it when you say so and follows up politely if it’s late.
3:00 pm
This week’s posts are scheduled
Designed in your brand colours, written for each network and timed for your audience, with a short video for Reels.
6:00 pm
The books are up to date
Payments recorded, receipts matched, expenses sorted into categories. Your profit for the month is one glance away.
Everything you need to run and grow, already connected
A client you add once shows up in your invoices, calendar, inbox and pipeline. A payment lands in your books by itself. Your logo and colours follow you into every invoice, post and slide.

Meet Aiva
An AI employee who knows your whole business
Talk to her, or type, from any page. She works in every tool on the platform, keeps going after you close the page, and tells you what she did.

What she does for you
- Sets up your account with you: your logo, colours and fonts from your website, your business details, invoice settings and booking page.
- Reads what you hand her: PDFs, spreadsheets, Word files, photos of receipts and business cards. She gives you the highlights, answers questions about them and puts the information where it belongs.
- Keeps records up to date: records expenses and income, sorts transactions into categories, adds contacts and deals, moves meetings that have no guests, files documents.
- Tidies your inbox: archives, labels, stars and snoozes, then drafts replies in your voice.
- Makes things: social posts and short videos, designs, slide decks, documents and spreadsheets, all in your brand.
- Shows you options first when there’s a creative choice: a few photos, video clips or sound samples to pick from before she builds.
- Works while you’re away: daily inbox triage, a weekly pipeline review, a month-end summary of your books, all on a schedule you set.
What she asks you about first
- Anything that reaches another person: sending an invoice, an email, a contract for signature, a calendar invitation or a social post.
- Anything that moves money, like recording a payment against an invoice.
- Anything that deletes, or that invites someone into your account.
You approve each one with a tap, or tell her a kind of task can go ahead without asking.
What she never does
- Handle your passwords or change sign-in and security settings.
- Pay for anything, change your plan or enrol you in credit building. She explains it and opens the page; the last tap is yours.
- Act outside your account. Every change shows in “What Aiva did”, most with an Undo.
Things owners ask her
- “Set me up.”
- “Invoice Acme for the brand refresh, $3,200, due in two weeks.”
- “Read this spreadsheet and tell me where we should focus.”
- “Make three posts for this week and schedule them.”
- “Here’s a receipt. Put it in the books.”
- “Turn this proposal into a deck.”

Questions
What is BlissPoint Access?
All the business tools a small business needs in one place: invoicing and payments, bookkeeping, email and calendar, booking, CRM, social media, design, websites, documents and e-signature, with Aiva, an AI employee who does the busywork across all of them.
Who is it for?
Owners of small businesses and solo professionals: service businesses, shops, creators, consultants, trades, rentals and trucking. If you wear every hat in your business, it’s built for you.
What can Aiva do on her own, and what does she ask about?
She makes changes inside your own account on her own, like recording an expense, adding a contact, saving your brand colours or sorting your inbox, and tells you what she did. Anything that reaches another person, moves money or deletes something waits for your OK, unless you tell her she can go ahead. You can change this any time in Aiva settings.
Do I have to use every tool?
No. Start with the one that hurts most, often invoicing or social media, and add the rest when you’re ready. Everything is already connected when you do.
Can I bring my data from QuickBooks or another app?
Yes. Switch to BlissPoint imports customers, items and invoices from QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks and Wave, and Aiva can import a client list or bank statement from a spreadsheet you attach.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted, backed up every night to a second location, and only you and the people you invite can see it. You can download all of it any time.
How much does it cost?
There’s a free trial, then simple monthly plans. See the pricing page for what each includes.
Spend your time on the business, not the busywork
