Set it up in three steps
- Connect your email. Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo or your own domain, with a plain-language guide.
- Pick a design and fill in your details. Or ask Aiva, who fills them in from your business profile.
- Send. Your signature goes on every new email, and Insights shows who clicks.
Questions
How do I create a professional email signature?
In BlissPoint Mail, open Settings, choose your address and press Design one in Signature Studio. Pick a template, add your photo, logo and details, switch on the extras you like and save; it’s added to every new email from that address.
Will my signature work in Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Signatures are built from tables and inline styles that Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and other apps display correctly. The shine animation plays in Gmail, Apple Mail and Outlook on the web; Outlook on Windows shows the still picture.
Can I add a banner or a video to my email signature?
Yes. Upload a banner and link it to a sale or event, or paste a YouTube link to show a thumbnail with a play button. Email apps can’t play video inside a message, so the thumbnail links to it.
Can I see who clicks the links in my signature?
Yes. With tracking on, Mail Insights shows clicks on each signature link, banner and button, and how many people opened your digital business card.
Can I use the same signature on several email addresses?
Yes. Design it once and use it on all your connected addresses, each with its own email address filled in.
Is the email signature generator free?
Signature Studio comes with the Pro and Business plans, with every feature included. All plans include a plain signature for each address.
