Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of blisspointaccess.com and its tools and services (the "Service"), operated by BlissPoint Access ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

BlissPoint Access is a small-business and personal productivity platform offering tools including, but not limited to: personal and business credit building, bookkeeping and tax deductions, invoicing and vendor/accounts-payable management, CRM and sales pipeline, job search and employer job postings, e-signature and document editing, scheduling, trading signals, a password manager, and a car rental marketplace. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Tools that need no sign-in are free. Everything else requires a membership plan (Member, Pro or Business, monthly or yearly, as shown on our pricing page) after a 14-day free trial that needs no payment method. Accounts created before plans began keep full access until November 1, 2026. Personal and Business Credit Building are separate subscriptions. All paid services are billed through Stripe on the terms shown before you pay. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Each plan includes set monthly allowances (for example AI actions, Aiva tasks, text messages and storage). If you turn on "Keep going when I hit a limit", use past your allowance is charged to the same payment method in the blocks shown in Billing, never more in a month than the cap you set. On the Member plan, a fee of 0.5% (at most $10, or its equivalent) is taken from each online payment of your invoices. Car rental operators pay a commission of 8% of each rental, taken at payment for rentals paid online and otherwise billed monthly.

If a plan ends, you can still sign in, view and download your data, but you can't make changes until you choose a plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. How to cancel, and when we do give refunds, is set out in our Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy.

Credit Building services furnish payment and account data to consumer credit bureaus to help build your credit history. We do not guarantee any specific credit score outcome, that any bureau will accept or reflect the reported data on any particular timeline, or that credit building will affect your creditworthiness in any particular way. Automatic credit reporting is currently available for U.S. customers only; availability elsewhere is under review.

Trading Signals provides educational, technical-analysis-based alerts. It is not investment, financial, or trading advice, and no signal is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and execute all trades manually on your own brokerage account. Past performance and historical success-rate statistics do not guarantee future results. Trading involves risk of loss.

Account holders may join our affiliate or accountant partner program and earn commissions on new accounts that sign up through their link and pay for a plan, at the rates shown on the program page when the payment is made. Commissions are held for 30 days and paid by Stripe transfer once your balance reaches $25. Commissions on a payment that is refunded or disputed are cancelled, or deducted from later earnings if already paid.

You may not refer yourself, create accounts to earn commissions, bid on "BlissPoint" in search ads, or describe BlissPoint as free except for its 14-day trial and its no-sign-in tools. You must disclose that you earn a commission, as the U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires. We may withhold commissions earned in breach of these terms, change the rates for future payments with notice, or end a partner's participation.

Job listings displayed through Job Search are sourced from third parties or submitted directly by employers using the Service. A directly submitted job posting is reviewed before it becomes visible to job seekers, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or legitimacy of any listing, sourced or submitted. If you submit a job posting, you represent that it is accurate, that you're authorized to post it on the employer's behalf, and that it complies with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law. We may remove any listing at our discretion.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (documents, resumes, CRM records, job postings, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely as needed to operate the Service for you. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

Password Safe Keeper uses a zero-knowledge design: your vault is encrypted in your browser with a master password only you know, and we never have access to it. This means if you forget your master password, we cannot recover your vault or its contents — there is no "forgot password" option for the vault itself. Use it at your own risk and keep your master password somewhere safe.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third party's rights
• Submit fraudulent, discriminatory, or misleading job postings or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's normal operation (e.g., scraping, overloading, reverse-engineering)
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data-mining tools) to access, copy, or extract the Service's content, source code, design, or underlying data, except for standard search-engine indexing that respects our robots.txt
• Copy, mirror, or replicate the Service's look and feel, branding, or user interface to build a similar or competing site, or to create a site that could confuse users into believing it is operated by or affiliated with BlissPoint Access

The Service, its design, and its underlying software are owned by BlissPoint Access and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

Our page markup, styling, and static assets may include unique identifiers used solely to detect unauthorized copying. Operating a website that impersonates or closely imitates BlissPoint Access — including registering a lookalike domain, copying our source or design, or using our name or branding without authorization — is a violation of these Terms and may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition, or fraud under applicable law. Report suspected impersonation to solutions@blisspointaccess.com.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlissPoint Access is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, credit-reporting outcomes, or issues arising from a third-party retailer or employer listing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
