How to Compress a PDF to Send by Email

Many email services cap attachments at around 20 to 25 MB. Scanned PDFs and photo-heavy files often go over.

Step by step

Open the free file compressor for email.
Add your PDF.
Download the smaller file and attach it to your email.
Still too big? Split it into two PDFs with the free Merge and Split PDF tool, or share it as a link from BlissPoint Files.

Tip: Scans compress the most. A PDF that is mostly text is usually small already.
