Does my client need an account to view or pay an invoice?

No — they view it through a private shareable link, no signup required on their end.

Can I accept online payment directly on the invoice?

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account in Invoicing settings (about five minutes) and every invoice gets a Pay button: clients pay by card, or by bank transfer (ACH) in the US. The money goes straight to your Stripe account and the invoice is marked paid automatically. Stripe's standard fees apply, and the Member plan adds 0.5% (at most $10 a payment).

Does invoicing data show up in my other reports?

Yes — it flows automatically into Bookkeeping, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Owner's Equity.
