Missions principales :
Le/la HR Spécialist est chargé(e) d’assurer la gestion administrative et sociale du personnel en veillant à la conformité des pratiques de l’entreprise avec la réglementation algérienne en vigueur. Il/elle intervient notamment sur les volets CNAS, pointage, médecine du travail, déclarations sociales et suivi administratif des collaborateurs.
