Creator Bill of Rights

Creators lose their income overnight on other platforms to automated bans with no explanation and no real appeal. Here, these commitments are built into how the product works — not just written in a policy.

  1. 1Every action tells you the exact rule and the exact content involved — never a vague 'violation of our terms'.
  2. 2Penalties escalate in steps: a notice or warning first, then a restriction, then a suspension. Only rules involving illegality or real-world harm skip steps.
  3. 3Every appeal is read and decided by a named person on our team, not an automated system.
  4. 4If your account is ever suspended, you get 30 days to export everything and send your fans one message telling them where to find you.
  5. 5Your subscriber list is yours. You can export it at any time, in a standard format, with no fee.
  6. 6Your earnings are never frozen beyond standard payment-dispute reserves.
  7. 7We will give at least 90 days' notice before any fee change, and existing creators keep their current price.

How enforcement works

Every step names the exact rule and the exact content. Steps can only be skipped for the rules marked severe below.

    Broadcasts to your list are paused. Your page stays up.

    Your page is hidden. You keep full access to export everything and can send one "I've moved" message.

Content rules

Illegal goods, services or contentSevere

Selling, promoting or sharing anything illegal where you or your fans live.

Child safetySevere

Any sexualization, exploitation or endangerment of minors. Reported to the authorities as the law requires.

Threats of violenceSevere

Credible threats or incitement of violence against a person or group.

Fraud and scamsSevere

Deceptive offers, fake giveaways, phishing, or taking money for things that won't be delivered.

Sexually explicit content

This platform doesn't host sexually explicit content or services.

Harassment

Targeting a person with abuse, bullying or unwanted sexual attention.

Hateful conduct

Attacking people for race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Impersonation

Pretending to be another person, creator or brand.

Spam

Messaging people who didn't opt in, or repetitive, misleading bulk messages.

Copyright or trademark infringement

Using someone else's protected work after a valid notice from the rights holder.

Dangerous health claims

Claims that a product cures or treats disease, or advice likely to cause physical harm.

Private information

Sharing someone's private contact details, address or documents without consent.

Appeals can be filed within 60 days from Account Standing in your creator dashboard. After a suspension, you have 30 days to export everything.
